See the notice in the General Advertiser, 13 Nov.: We hear that Mr Barry had the misfortune of being suddenly taken so extremely ill, as to be incapable of appearing in the character of Romeo, and that Mr Dyer, at a very short warning, performed the part to the general satisfaction of the Audience."
